Question about Excel Re: Column headings

For some reason the column headings have become numbers and not letters so it's hard for me to make a formula. How can I change it back? This is annoying. I'm using Excel XP.

Go to Tools -> Options -> General tab and make sure "R1C1 reference style" is unchecked.
