Hey, so I got a few questions.
First about Excel.
So I've done a few graphs based on underlying data. I got a lot of seperate data so after a while there are a lot of graphs. I want the graphs to be quite large so I make space for them below the data. Over time, the scrolling gets very tedious.
Is there a way to remove the graphs without bringing the data with it to a new place(like a new excel document or export it some other way)? If I remove the data then, obviously, the graph gets corrupted etc.
Secondly, this is more of a general question. Is there an online tool to quickly get percentages of larger sums in groups? So for example, let's say I got 20 different sums, each of varying size. I'd want to get the exact percentage share each of those sums have of the total value(all the sums put together).
So to continue our example, let's say that sum #3 is 71. And the total sum of all of the 20 combined is 1000, well the percentage share of that is 7.1%. That one's easy to on the go. But I sometimes I have many datasets with hundreds of different sums and I need to do a percentage share count, i.e. I want to know how many percent each of those sums are of the total.
Is there such a function in MS Excel or an online tool?
Thanks.
