Question about Epox 8RDA+ mobo users

Hi, I think I am gonna get the Epox 8RDA+ motherboard. I was searching pricewatch and there is a Epox 8RDA without the "+". I'm curious if anyone knows what difference the "+" signifies.

Does not use the nforce audio, no firewire, no lan. I don't know what else. Maybe someone else can chime in.
