im emailing a company a letter of interest for an IT position, they have no IT positions listed on their "careers" page, should I email HR, the IT department or the IT director to inquire about a position?
 
letter then? I really dont know about going in person because receptionists can be haters, if they dont like you they can just throw the letter of interest and your resume away if they want.
