question about email

I use outlook express and when someone sends me a picture from AOL it always says {unable to display image} it is not an attachment just a regular email> is there anyway to view the picture?? Thanks Cindy

It's because AOL is lame and uses their own format(I think MIME, or something like that) for pictures. Ask the sender to send it as an attachment, or you can try abracadabra1's suggestion.
