I bought a laptop, an HP zd8000, from HP a little under a year ago. I bought it with a 3.4GHz Prescott desktop processor. In cpu-z, for the first time, I noticed it says under "Instructions:" that it supports EM64T. Does this mean it is a 64-bit processor, essentially? If so, I never knew that and I'm not sure why they never told me. It's not even on my invoice or anything. And the sticker on the laptop just says "Intel Pentium 4 HT inside".
Thanks
Oh, yeah, for the record, its an Intel Pentium 4 650
