Is there a character or whatever that allows me to write in functions? That is, I want to display '''blah''' without having it be bold, or [[link]] without it showing up as a link?
 
You should probably specify what wiki software you're talking about... I assume MediaWiki?

If so, I think what you're asking for would be accomplished by wrapping the text in <nowiki> tags
