Question about editing video to make it less Mb, any recommend programs

I got a video i want to host online, its a 60mb Mpeg or an 116mb Quicktime movie, i would like to get it under 30mb by adjusting the size not quality, but not sure how...any help, programs, tutorials would be great, i already tried vcdhelp but i had no luck....thanks

If you're already making quicktime, you can just use a better compressor. Or, you can try divx.

Default Quicktime is always gonna be pretty big.

Try WMedia (Avi), or like he already said, DIVX. Whateve ryou do don't use REAL

Use RAD Video Tools and test out the codecs that they have in there. A few of them can get pretty good looking, smaller files.
