OK, I have a buyer that hasn't paid for an item and never contacted me. It's going on 15 days. I filed the non-paying bidder alert on the 7th day and today will be the 8th day after that (eBay requires 8 days after the initial filing before you get your insertion credit).
After that point and his non-paying bidder knock is fully charged to his account, can he still leave negative feedback that will count against my account in retaliation? I thought I remember reading on eBay that they could leave feedback, but it wouldn't count against your score. I can't seem to find the page now...
