Question about dual-monitor setup with two CRTs

I finally found a decent PCI video card that I had laying around, so I set it up in my main rig for dual monitors. Everything seems to be going fine, except for one thing. I'm using two CRT monitors, and when I set them up next to each other and turn them on, they start flickering. If I only have one monitor on, everything is fine. The problem only occurs if both monitors are on at the same time. Is this normal with CRTs, or does one of the monitors suck? I'm using a 17" Samsung 753DF, and then I randomly picked out a 15" monitor that I had laying around (I've got a dozen or so of them, all kinds of different brands). Thanks.

Try a different 15" monitor. It's probably giving off interference.

probably poor magneti c shielding, would be fine if you moved em apart some

ya, if it's really old, probably not sheilded well. try different monitors.

I had that problem before.

just move them apart a few inches..

Yeah, that's what I figured. The 15" I was trying to use is an old Packard Bell monitor
