Question about dual CRT with DVI to CRT adaptor

to anyone running multiple CRTs, did you notice any signal/video loss with the monitor that is attached via the DVI - CRT adaptor?

No, as long as the DVI-VGA dongle isn't some cheap crap, the signal quality is fine. You best buy a card that includes it right away.
(I have yet to see a DVI-VGA dongle that isn't good though.)
