you can argue about the why (texas is a debtor friendly state in general), but the fact of the matter is you're wrong. you've already changed your argument.Dude, that is exactly the same thing. Texas felt their people were unable to manage their money.
and considering how badly people in other states managed their (non)equity to the detriment of people who did manage their equity, maybe texas was right. those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw rocks.
