My current setup:
Dish Network, 1 HD receiver, 2 dishes (I assume 1 is for HD & 1 is for SD). The dishes are located on an outbuilding; the cable is run through an underground conduit to the house and directly into the living room.
If I get a 2nd receiver for another room, can the line that is already run to the house be split at the house (i.e. on the house side of the underground conduit), or does a 2nd line have to be run from the dishes? For some reason I'm thinking that there has to be some sort of splitter/multiplexer thingy on the dish side, which would require a new line to be run through the conduit (which would be virtually impossible with the current conduit).
