Question about DFI nF4 Ultra-D bios setting

Hey guys,
I'm trying to overclock and I want to give my cpu about 1.55V or so. So I set CPU VID control to 1.4 and CPU VID special control to 110% thinking that would do it. Do I have to change the CPU VID Startup value at all?

1.425v +110% on my board gives me 1.56v in bios.
I left my Startup Voltage at default, tho it wouldn't hurt to set it to 1.5v. Which bios are you using?
