Question about deleted threads

Hi,

I have posted a thread on "General Hardware" section about my blog on 3D printers. I have recieved a reply suggesting me to move it to "Peripherals" section. So, I have posted another thread to the "Peripherals" section. Now I am unable to find them. I suppose both of them have been deleted.

Is it because I am not posting to appropriate sections? I have tried to contact an Administrator, but I don't have the required post count to do so.

As you might imagine, a forum as popular as ours gets a lot of spam and other unwanted messages. As such we have very strict rules against self promotion, so that everyone is treated fairly and no one tries to spam us on a technicality.

Specifically, we do not allow self promotion of your sites/works/products/projects in forum posts. Once you have 25 posts you may put a simple link in your signature, but that is it. Your two threads were in violation of this rule and were removed accordingly.
