Question about Darth Sideous

I have a question about Darth Sideous, since he and Palpatine turn out to be one in the same, how is he able to switch forms? Meaning when he is talking to Grevious and other bad guys he is very old looking and decrepit, but when he is talking to Anakin and the Senate he is normal looking?

use the sticky buddy...and when he is talking to grevious he has a hood on and is his face is in shadows...its the same face.

switch forms? he didnt actually change forms, just looked like it (tricky camera stuff) - he actually physically changed when samuel L. layed the smack down on him until anakin cut his arm off.

see i am under the impression, that he uses the dark side of the force to make him look like palpitine. his actual appearance is that of what he looks like after the attack with windu.

i think its mentioned in the expanded universe (the books) that certain jedi can cloack themselves and change their appearance using the force. so possibly, that is what palpatine has done but using the dark side.
