I have an older system(celeron 466 with asus p3b-f) and my cpu doesn't sit in my motherboard tightly and I am pretty sure this causes my random restarting like 5 or 6 times a day. And sometimes it restarts and you have to physically shake the case until you can get it to actually load up anything. My dads friend looked at it and said I need some cpu clips or something to hold it in there? When I ordered my celeron, I just used what was in the box and there wasn't any clips i don't think. Where can I get these at and do you think that would be the problem?

Sounds like it's a Slot1 Celeron. Yeah, there was often a long clip that went across the top edge and latched into the stanchions to keep the CPU in place. If you don't have one... got duct tape? :D Ok, haha funny, but just find some zipties or something to hold it into the slot, that's the important thing.

A common problem with slot 1 cpu's It looks rickety but dosn't affect performance in the least, but I'm sure you'd feel better if it didn't move.
