Question about connecting Volcano 7+

Okay, so i recieved my volcano 7+ today and there is a yellow wire coming from the fan(white 3-pin tail), as well as a red and black going to the fan speed controller... and half-way between the fan and fan control, there is another yellow wire (with another 3-pin tail that is brown) and then a 4-pin connector to go to the power supply (after the controller). My question is: What do i do with the yellow wires? Do I connect the 4-pin to the power supply and then which yellow wire do i connect to the motherboard? (if i do at all). Somebody please help me out... I really can't afford a new processor and want to do this right the first time.
 
CC; You won't hurt anything by trying either or connector (white or brown) in the cpu fan connector on the MB. But the white one is the one I use (after trying them both 😉
