Question about Comcast HDTV Tuners

I'm purchasing a new HDTV and it is only HD-ready. Tuners seem to be starting at around $200, but from what I can tell you can pick up a comcast reciever for $5 a month with a $15 starting fee. We already have comcast, just need an HDTV reciever.

Does anyone have first hand experience with this?

ive got the dual tuner dvr comcast box, its great, id definately recommend that over the plain hd box

I dont know how I lived without dual dvr. I can actually watch/record something I want to watch without having to watch something my g/f scheduled to record.

just swap out with comcast at their store. or have them bring it in. didnt cost a thing for me
