Question about Comcast HD

So I have Comcast digital cable and have a HDTV in my room that doesn't have a cable box. It can pick up digital channels from the local networks.

So the question is: will I ever be able to watch cable channels (Comedy Central, USA, TBS, etc.) in HD without having a cable box?
 
My 42" Olivia has the QAM tuner and with the cable line directly into the TV, in my area (Burlington, NJ w/Comcast) I do get all 4 major networks and PBS in HD but I'm still looking for the CW network and a couple of other locals in HD. In the upper channels #'s (100+) I get TNTHD, a couple of Spanish channels in HD and a couple of other no name channels in HD. So, the bottom line is it depends on your local Comcast affiliate and the TV you have.
