Question about college transfer

I know that you can finish the first 2 years of a bachelors by obtaining an associates at a community college.

But instead of an community college can you finish 2 years at a university then transfer to a different university and finish in 2 years?

Meaning: 2 years at San Jose university + 2 years at UCLA = bachelors?

yes, but transfer admission I've heard is harder than regular

Yes. As long as the classes are comparable and transferable.

You may end up losing some classes doing so.
