Question about child custody and child support payments in this particular situation

OK, my GF was in her pysch class today and they were discussing human development and some other crap. Well, this one girl was talking about an episode of Judge Judy in which two people had a one night stand. Met at a bar went back and had sex (used a condom) and that should have been the end of it...

However, the guy disposed of the condom by throwing it in the trash can. After the guy left, the woman inserted the condom and "emptied" its contents into her snatch. Chick gets pregnant and comes on Judge Judy wanting child support.

So what is the legal recourse in a situation like that?
 
Umm...I'd venture to say that the guy wouldn't be held liable, especially if that's what she admitted doing. But I could see some judges ruling in the woman's favor. After all, if you don't want to risk having a child, you shouldn't have sex...condom or no.

uhm wow. i would say the guy should not be held liable.

but in the real world he would be. it is his son/daughter. he should help support it until 18.

but if it happend to me i would try my danmdest to get the child.
 
The girl actually admitted to doing this? or is the guy just speculating? And why would she go on judge judy for child support.. normally the max allowed is $3000 for the majority of cases she sees. I guess he didnt "owe" very much.
