Question about chaning my fsb

When I see people talking about raising there fsb on a A7N8X-X (which is what i have) they say they tried to raise it 200,201,202 ect...well on mine I can only raise it from 100,133,166, and 200. Is there something I didn't see that I have to change to let me raise it one at a time? Will updating my mb help?
