Question about changing an acrobat file

I have a manual I want printed up that is in individual pages in pdf format. I'm trying to figure out how to get the odd pages to be grouped on the same page so I can print them in landscape format. That way I can have the copy place print the odd on one side and the even on another cut them in half and I'll have a collated document the size I want.

Anyone know if, or how this is done?

How about clickbook from Blue Squirrell? It is pretty versatile and I've used it to make booklets before....

Its 800 and some pages so I don't want to print it myself, otherwise I'd look into something like that
