Question about cell phone frequencies

The Cingular site says it runs on the 850/1900 frequency.

Can the Ericsson K700 which uses 900/1800/1900MHz, work with Cingular?

Cingular has some funky frequencies, but technically they are the same. Cingular advertises the 850 frequency, but it's the same as the 800. Unfortunately, it's not the same as the 900/1800, but as long as you're in an area with 1900 it would work fine.

So I'll be able to use just use the 1900MHz? Will this decrease reception?

It'll decrease area of reception, but that's it.

So should I go with the K700 then? Or should I try something else.

It has to have Bluetooth and has the be under $200.
