Question about CD Ripping.

I am looking to rip my entire CD collection and store the CD's in the attic to save some space in my room. What is the best software in your opinion? Does is Support ID3 Tagging etc. LMK...

never used EAC but heard great things about it, I'm a CDex user myself. FLAC is a lossless codec so unless you have a decent amount of hard drive space use ogg, mp3, or m4a/aac.
