Question about Catalyst drivers

Is there a real reason to update my catalyst drivers? I just noticed that I have version 02.4 (It came with hte card)

I keep hearing problems about the new ones. Are there any real benefits for updating?

its a catch-22. you'll get a nice performance (2-5%) and stability enhancement. BUT you may have some problems with certain applications. I myself have not and therefor recommend that you do.

Haha ... I don't need any performance boost

My only games are CS and starcraft right now Hardly heavy-duty applications.
