and the other party sues u for 5 million dollars...
your insurance company represents you at the trial and they
settle the case for $500,000 but the maxium of your insurance policy will
pay is $30,000. Does that mean the insurance company can take the house
and car of the policy holder of the car inorder to pay the other party...even if you are not the policy holder of the car?
