Question about calling cards

I need to call Taiwan. All I have is a cell phone. What is the cheapest way to do this? Right now I have a card thats says "AT&T PrePaid PhoneCard 60 Minutes" (Within the US / International Rates may vary). Does this mean that the minute ratio is not 1:1? Or that I will get charged extra. I dont want any charges to show up on my cell bill (other than just minute usage), whats the best solution? Thanks

That below or Pincity

I have been using both. You can check your call history online. Cheaper calling cards usually don't have online call history; so, you cannot check whether they shave off your calling time or not.

Quality is 90% of time is very good, especially to mobile phones. In case of garbled call, I'd hang up, wait a few minutes and call again.

If you look around, there are coupons available for pincity and onesuite.

That's all you need to know. 3? per minute to Taiwan, bet your 60 minute calling card cost a lot more than $1.80.

Usually I just go to the Dollar Store (sometimes called Family Dollar or Dollar Tree) and they have 20 minute cards for a dollar, and I just buy like 8 of those and stuff them in my wallet. When I run out, I just make another trip. They're actually very handy.

yea, i've been using onesuite. 2.4c/min to china is pretty damn good if you ask me. I can usually find enough loose change in my couch for an hour long call.

I call Taiwan a few times a day from my cell. I use to use Bigzoo, but their rates are higher than a lot of other places.

I've been using http://firstphonecard.com/ for about a year and a half now. I hear a lot about OneSuite, but I think their rates to mobile phones was higher (and I call a lot of Taiwanese mobiles).

Calling Taiwan is cheap... not as cheap as calling the States from Taiwan, but still pretty cheap.
