Would CPUs with smaller cache sizes overclock better than an identical CPU with a larger cache size??

My logic is that the cache is additional hardware that has to be clocked up so the less you have, the higher overclock you may get. Does that make sense??

Actually cache is typically the lower power stuff on a die, so having more cache on a die should help with the overclock as it allows the CPU to have an overall lower thermal density.

Disabled cache chips do better, since they have even more room to spread their reduced thermal density with the deactivated cache logic.
