question about business college major and leadership skills....

what can one expect with a business/marketing/etc type degree from a university? How difficult is it obtain an MBA?



also, is leadership developed from a very young age that some people just have.... like the dynamic personality.... or is it something that a person can develop in his twenties?

I lack leadership skills but i feel that it's something that will be pretty important in order to be successful.
 
to get into an MBA program, you would have to apply... like college entrance all over again. good mba programs would require alot of work experience also... about 4/5 years. yes, im sure one can develop good social/leadership skills in his/her late teens
