Question about Burning DVD Movie and Region Codes ?? NEC-ND3500A with AG 2.5c BIOS

When I run the nero infotool on my nec nd3500a which has the flashed bios to 3500ag 2.5c it says my region code is : ALL and changes it lists as n/a for vendor and myself as well. So I'm wondering if I burn dvd movies with it, what region code will they be burning as ? all regions ? or just 1 ?
 
AFAIK, a drive's RPC-2 region codes are strictly for playback of protected DVD-Video content. They have no effect on what you are burning with the drive - that depends on the source data files.
