question about burning cdroms in linux

I never have much luck using the graphical software like x-cdroast and stuff. I usually just use cdrecord from the command line. I've never burned whole install cd's in linux before.
I am downloading redhat 7.2 iso's do I need to do a mkisofs on them ? they are already iso's i'm thinking I just burn them. Are any special parameters needed for burning iso images with cd record?
Thanks!

No your on the right track... think about it ... mkisofs = Make ISO... you already have an iso right?? 🙂 🙂 so just burn it..
