First, PLEASE understand I am not creating this thread to get pity bumps and/or to get forced bumps if that makes sense :)

How come every thread I create I may be lucky to get a bump or two by somebody else, while others are getting bumps left and right?

Just curious b/c I am relitevely (ahh spelling) new here compared to some of you Lifers and don't know if there is a general rule or something

Thx guys/gals

Interest in your item, popularity and respectability of the poster, etc. You have to develop a reputation first.

Just make a thread about abortion, religion, or US bashing and let it take off. You're just not posting things that people want to argue about.:p

lol Slithery

anyway Loke, I figured it was that, hopefully people can see that I am an honest guy (trying to get my post count up) but my heatware is only at 2...eBay is high though.

BTW, off topic, but I sold something to a new dude here and I've PM'd him over and over and he won't respond to giving my Heatware eval. it's really bugging me

Maybe 'cause you suck at spelling? Check for spelling and grammar before posting next time.

Ps. Relatively.

Agreed. I could barely get through the OP.

But, OP, you need to throw something in the thread that entices people, and you also need a rep, as stated above.

Btw, I thought this thread was going to be about herpes.

His spelling and grammar are not in question here. We can all understand what he's saying, and we've all seen much worse. If you can't get through his post, it's probably because you can't read, I see no other reason.

Not if you don't want to. (<---sentence fragment) The grammar nazis can sit and spin (<---punctuation)

I, for one, am one of those grammar nazis. For some reason it just bugs the heck out of me. Doesn't help that Nicki is a Social Studies and Language Arts graduate and writes for our local newspaper. ;)
