Um, Sapphire is one of the better ATI OEMs, generally regarded almost as well as the "ATI" brand cards.

Powercolor definitely aims for a lower pricepoint (often worse bundles, stock cooling, short warranty), but the cards themselves are generally fine.

But I heard that sapphire cards break every 6 months. And does powercolor cards brake like every month?

WTF?

No, Sapphire cards do not break every 6 months (nor do Powercolor cards break "like every month"). I've personally had several Sapphire boards that have lasted a year or more and show no signs of stopping anytime soon.

You think these companies would stay in business if their products were that bad?

If you can't talk properly then don't talk. you can worship the companies all you want but you don't have to throw your zeal at others.

Ok, then it should be reliable but what about the performance? do certain manufacturer's card perform slightly better than others?

Can't talk properly? WTF? His response was very well worded and you can't even really fault hsi grammer. WTH are you talking about? Don't tell me his "cursing" offended you? If so STFU and don't post.

I can speak just fine, thanks.

You're the one who "heard" that Sapphire video cards break every six months and "knows' that Sapphire is 'bad'. Clearly, what you 'heard' is more authoritative than my personal experience and the opinion of many other people on this board. :disgust:

I don't "worship" any company; I was trying to answer your question. If you don't want to be corrected when you make incorrect statements, don't post.

i don't see anything the least bit threatening about matthias's post, you need to lighten up a bit dsj. and sapphire and powercoler are not bad at all. you heard wrong, as well as reacted wrong.

BBA(Built By ATI, ATi' own brand) and Sapphire are about par which means really good.
Powercolor is slightly worse, but no problems really.

wow...yeah...sapphire is a really good brand, i've had my sapphire 9200 for almost 2 years and it's been running non-stop pretty much for the two years, and is still running strong.

Yeah my Sapphire 9600 Atlantis lasted a long time, and is still running CS:S with 50ish frames on high. :) Props to Sapphire.
