Question about blocking senders in Outlook Express.

IS there any quick way to block mail from certain people in Outlook Express 6? Rather than selecting an email address, opening up the blocked senders list, pasting the new address, saving, copying the next email address and repeating, I'd like to be able to select all the spam in my inbox, and block the senders of all selected messages.

Also, can I have mail from blocked senders be automatically removed completely from my mail server and hard drive, rather than putting it in my deleted items folders?
