Question about BIOS setting on a 8KHA+ motherboard...

I'm looking at the manual, and under Advanced Chipset Features is an item called System Performance. The options are: Normal, Fast, Faster, and Turbo. It says when a selection is made, the other related items will automatically vary values (well, that's not EXACTLY what it says, I cleaned up the grammar a little bit).

Anyway, I wonder if anyone can tell me if this is what you change when you want to overclock? This is my first BYO computer, and this description in the manual isn't clarifying this for me.

I bought Muskin DDR and on their web site, they give recommended settings for the kind of memory you bought. You might look at the site for the brand you have.
