Question About Bios In Abit TH7_II Raid ??

Does anyone know what the Differential Current Adjustment(4x;5x;6x;7x) in the CPU setup (SoftMenu III) is used for??

The only desciption I got is; You can adjust the multiple current of CPU clock.
