question about binding keys in half life

i want to bind a key to say a phrase... how do i do this... and how do i set it so it is that way every time i play?

edit: to keep it there everytime you play, copy-paste that into you config.cfg file

thats it really... if ya only use 1 config then ya dont have to edit it at all, just type that in to the console and youre set... unless you reset the controls in which case youll have to redo it... 🙂
