BH5 are the chips that go on to the ram module. They were manufactured sometime ago by Winbond. Recently, they brought back the original dies and resumed manufacture. It was proved to be very fast ram because it can utilize low timings (2-2-2-5) and it overclocks well with some added voltage. Each individual chip on the die will have the marking BH5.
