Question about BF2 Ranking

I bought the game on thursday and whenever i play on a "ranked server" it always says I got awards and stuff, but when i go to BFHQ, none of it shows up. How is this whole ranking system supposed to work?
 
they update REALLY slow. im still getting awards that i received yesterday

Edit: Oh, and make sure you are only using 1 account. stupid thought, i know...but you'd be surprised how many ppl said they used multiple accounts only to be SHOCKED that the info doesn't carry over.
