Question about Batman AC: Harley Quinn DLC

I got the DLC but it is not showing up in my game menu. I played through the game and completed the main story, at least until

the Joker is dead

. Do I have to do anything else to get to the DLC?

Most of the dlc released just unlocks the character in challenge mode. Have you looked there?

Yes, I bought it via Steam, it's the story DLC. Do I have to activate it somehow via Steam of Games for Windows Live?

Crap. I just found out I need an online account in GfWL to download and play the DLC. WTF? All my savegames are gone. First and last DLC ever for me.
