Question about ATX and Micro ATX PS's

Could a Micro ATX PS be modded to fit a standard ATX motherboard? Do they use the same connector or do they use a different wiring sceme?

Same connector, micro-atx and atx ps should be interchangeable. Will work but a 145 microatx ps will not suffice for some systems.
