question about athlon 1.4 and a7m266

HAve a couple of questions regarding setting up an athlon 1.4 in an a7m266
1. Will a 300W power supply be enough for this?

2. What is the voltage supposed to be on 1.4?

3. What are good core tempuratures when idle? and full load?

the voltage is the same as all tbirds, 1.75v
