Question about ASUS RMA?

How does one go about.. it.. do you call.. or email..

please let me know on how to go about this matter.. because i have an unworking k7m board..

you should call the company you bought the board from. you don't call asus

The company you bought it from should RMA it. I get all my mobos locally and they give me a one year warranty through them.

If they refuse, just call the BBB.
