question about ASUS q-fan

Planning to build a new system, ASUS based this time. But I am new to ASUS and a bit hesitating, because i would like to have to different temperature controllers: one for CPU, another for chassis. After looking the ASUS A8N-E BIOS slides &manual, i now wonder ... Could you ASUS A8N -E /-SLI owners give some information how this Q-fan system actually works?

As stated by ASUS
" Q-Fan technology intelligently adjusts both CPU fan and chassis fan speeds according to system loading to ensure quiet, cool and efficient operation"
- according to system load = CPU temperature (probably this)?
- according to system load = CPU load % (probably not)
- both CPU and chassis fan = one (temperature) controller, two fan outputs ?
- is the control relay type (hi/low) or proportial?
- does it use the whole voltage region, or only part of it? for example 5V...12V

(Well, i did find BIOS settings only for one controller) So, in essence, this sentence means: CPU temperature is controlled with two fans? Rather typical, if so. Nothing so fancy you can find for example in ABit AN8-SLI (6 controllers). I don't need six, only two.
