Question about Asus p55 mobo's

I'm thinking about upgrading my computer to a new mobo and processor combo. I plan on putting in a i7 860 into it and overclocking is somewhat important. I'm thinking about getting an asus board, but then I see that there are a ton of different ones. I'm just wondering what the difference between P7P55D EVO, P7P55D, P7P55D-E are.

Any of the Asus boards with an -E at the end signifies that it has USB 3.0 and SATA 3.0 support. As for the rest...different options. Some have eSATA, better USB3\SATA3 support, coaxial output...

The P7P55D-E Premium is a good buy for under $200.

You can go on Asus' site and click compare and add whatever models your interested in. It gives a detailed spec chart of whichever boards your comparing.
