Question about Asus A7V8X-X

Does it come with audio/video on board or not? I know it comes with LAN and USB 2.0 onboard but what about the audio? I think this is the one im gonna use to build my somewhat budget minded computer.

it has an SPDIF on the backplate (if you get the one with audio equipped version) buti am not sure if it has any video onboard. I have a bunch of those boards at work, but they are audio equipped only.
has your standard onboard audio... does 6 channel or whatever, i think it's a VIA chip though... meh, it works (I use the onboard audio here @ work)

budget mobo..have an A7V8X-X does not have onboard video and uses an ADI 1980 6-channel CODEC & has
S/PDIF out interface(bracket/adapter not included) ..hated the audio ..most who heard liked it tho..will not take 3 sticks of pc2700(512MB each) at once and run it at such..so I grabbed the sweet nForce2 Shuttle from newegg for $62.99 shipped 3 day FedEx(grabbed the free T-shirt as well ) has a $15 MIR if ordered by the 30th of Nov. as well...now using it ..and it is very smooooth ..
