Question about applying for a job

There is something that has been bothering me for a while. My resume/cover letter are geared toward tech related jobs. I have noticed some entry level jobs that seem interesting. No experience needed. My question is this. How do you go about changing your resume and cover letter for these jobs? Obviously I know you leave education and work exp on the resume. But what would you list for skills and things of that nature. The job listing often are very simplistic and short so they don't really give you a lead in that direction.

If you're fresh out of college, list extra activities you did in classes. If you had helped in your community, its an extra bonus. Extras means work that you didnt have to do, but you did cause you like to work & contribute. Good luck 🙂
