Question about apartment interveiw

So I went to an apartment tour on Saturday, the lady that gave the tour said that she would have a decision by this weekend, I clarified with her that she meant by this weekend's end (meaning sunday night) She said yes. I haven't heard anything from her, do the people of ATOT think that it would be ok to call and find out her decision?

If you think no or yes could you state reason?
